Your first class

Curious?
That’s enough.

You don’t need to know the poses or do anything fancy. Your first class is about getting comfortable with the hammock and exploring movement at your own pace.

  1. Come as you are.

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes. Bring water and your sense of adventure.

  2. Meet your silk.

Get familiar with the hammock and start with approachable movements.

  3. Move at your pace.

Take a break whenever you need one. There’s no pressure to do every pose.

A few good questions

Before you
take the leap.

Do I need yoga or aerial experience?

No aerial experience is needed. The studio’s focus is welcoming beginners and making the hammock feel familiar, one movement at a time.

Do I have to be flexible?

You can start where you are. There’s no need to touch your toes or know a single pose before your first class.

Will I have to go upside down?

There’s no pressure to do every pose. Start by getting comfortable with the hammock and choose the movements that feel right for you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, fitted workout clothes work well. Leave jewelry and clothing with sharp zippers off the hammock, and bring water.
